Carnation Ball!
This April Phi Mu held its first annual Carnation Ball as our formal. It was held in the private room above Mellow Mushroom on Broad Street. The tables were decorated with beautiful centerpieces and the food was delicious! Read more
Phi Mu Lends A Helping Hand!
Since our help with the flapjack fundraiser and Habitat for Humanity in the Fall, we helped them with another project this spring. We got to lend a helping hand in the all women's build. This took place in Rome and the location of the home was only about a mile away from school. Our sisters assisted with sheetrock and roofing. Read more
Phi Mu Wins Greek Week!
Every year on the Hill, each sorority and fraternity participates in Greek Week. It is extremely competitive and everyone wants to come out on top. We have to create a spirit banner for the week, do community service, and we have a day of Olympic activities. This year, 2013, Phi Mu won both the Spirit Banner Competition and we were the overall Greek Week Winners! Read more

Phi Mu & Delta Sigma Phi Date Night!
Delta Sigma Phi and Phi Mu had a Date Night social at a local Italian restaurant, Bella Roma. The ladies of Phi Mu drew Delta members' ties out of a box, and the owner of the tie was deemed the sorority member's "date" for the night! Read more
Kissed by a Phi Mu
Phi Mu hosted our third annual "Kissed by a Phi Mu" in February! We sold bags of Hershey's Kisses to the students and faculty on campus for three days. After just two hours of selling kisses each day, our chapter made around $200 to be donated to local Children's Miracle Network Hospitals! Read more
Phi Mu LOVES Our Troops!
On Thursday, November 1, Phi Mu set up a table on campus and provided all the supplies for faculty, staff, and students on campus to write a letter to American soldiers. Students and faculty were able to write a letter or draw a picture for a soldier for free! In just a few hours, Phi Mu was able to collect over 100 letters. PHI MU IS PROUD TO SUPPORT OUR TROOPS! Phi Mu Helps Out Habitat for Humantiy!
The ladies of Nu Chapter recently participated in a Flapjack Fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity! Ten ladies from Nu Chapter were able to participate as pancake servers at the fundraiser. Those who participated had a great time, and Phi Mu looks forward to working with Habitat for Humanity in the future! Read more

Home on the Hill...Shorter University Homecoming 2012!
Get ready to celebrate Shorter University's 2012 Homecoming with Phi Mu! The spirit competition and pep rally begin on Friday, September 21, at 9pm. The Homecoming game is on Saturday, September 22, at 1:30pm at Barron Stadium, but don't forget to come early to the Phi Mu Alumni Tailgate at 11am! We're going to have some great food and a phabulous time! Read more
J'adore Phi Mu!
On Thursday, September 13, Nu chapter hosted an event called Eiffel for Phi Mu (I fell for Phi Mu)! All non-Greek girls were invited to attend this event, and it was a huge success! The ladies enjoyed delicious cupcakes, fun games, and great company! Read more
